Not sure if this is security related but not sure where to post it...
I haven't been able to access Windows Update and Microsoft.com for the last couple of days now. I'm able to log-in to my Live account but the formatting is all messed up. Same with www.winamp.com, I am able to access it but the formatting is screwed up.
I've tried FF 3.5.5 and IE 8 but results are the same.
I ran my AV and SAS but came up with nothing.
The only change I've did to my system before this happened was install OpenOffice then SpyBot.
I checked my hosts file but no sites are blocked there.
Other sites I usually visit (such as anandtech) are fine.
On a whim I used OpenDNS and voila, I am now able to access Windows Update, Microsoft.com and the formatting problems disappear.
I pinged microsoft.com and I'm timing out on all of the requests.
Any ideas? Thanks
