Can't access local IIS FTP site, help please!

I'm running a box with Win Xp SP2 and IIS 5.1 for web hosting. I enabled the FTP site, and I can access it fine from another PC on the same network, but when I try to connect to the site on the local PC, using either the IP address, 127.0.0.1, or localhost, I get no connection what so ever.

Been working on this for a few hours, anyone have an idea to get this working?

Can you connect to it from the local machine using the network IP address? The FTP SIte may be bound to a specific IP address. In the site identification set the IP Address to be "All Unassigned" if you want to connect to it multiple ways.

I do have it set to the local IP, and I believe I tried it, but thats a good place to start. I'll set it back to all unassigned and see if that helps me to connect.

I've also downloaded Filezilla to try another FTP server to see if that works. I'll update after I test it out.
