The answer is you need more post count.

Post on OT to introduce yourself would be a good one. Don't worry about the asshats that attack noobs here, they simply have no life and probably couldn't afford your scraps anyway

Make sure you have a real email address in your profile as well. Linking to existing Heatware and Ebay feedback is helpful.
