Canon s800 printer (Microsoft Money 2001) question

recently bought a Canon s800 printer. When i attempt to print checks with it a message say that i have the wrong size checks inserted; the checks are set up in Money as laser wallet which is the right size. The printer driver has no setting for checks so I leave it setup as 8.5 x 11 which is the size that a sheet of 3 come on. Money seems to ask some question of the printer which the printer does not respond correctly to. Is anybody else using this combination and have you gotten it to work. If yes I could definitely use some guidance. THANKS IN ADVANCE
