Canon S330 Owners I Need Some Help

I've been playing around with this Canon S330 and I can't figure out how to get a clean close up of something. Can someone tell me how to setup the camera so I can take close ups without it being blurry.

first, stick it on macro. You can only get so close (i don't remember exactly how close.. been too lazy to take any pictures ). If you zoom in all the way, be sure to have a lot of lighting, or use flash. either way, you should have a lot of lighting. and you must keep ABSOLUTELY STILL the ENTIRE time. There is a slight shutter lag if you aren't used to it.

best way to ensure a good non-blurry pic, slap it on a tripod and set it to the 2 sec timer
