The scratches are not bad they look like smudge marks but I can't wipe them off so I am guessing they are scraches.

Any idea where I can get this fixed ?

Any idea how much it will cost?

I would imagine that the LCD has a protective cover that is replacable.

I don't know though.
 
Some of the covers are replacable but it's not gonna be cheap.

Try using a scratch remover like Novus before you send it in. If it hoses the screen up, you're replacing it anyway, but if it helps, then you save the $$.

But I wouldn't do it until I found out for SURE that it could be replaced and you can afford it.
