I know of no digital camera capable of streaming video over its usb 2.0 connection. This would have to be an added feature on the camera for what you want to work.
 
my old fuji finepix 2650 has a pc cam mode over usb. is this a feature they dont include in the newer digi cameras? i thought they would become full of more features not less...
