BTW: I read on reviews that their is lag between when you click the button and when it takes the picture. There is a 3 second "Review" by default on the camera.

Click menu, on the first icon (fast camera) click OFF then go down to review, (says 3 sec) turn it off and you can take pictures pretty much as soon as you click the button.

Also under Menu, go to the Setup tab, go down to Power Savings, set it to a lower time than 1 minute. I set it to 10 seconds, but that was to quick so I changed it to 30 seconds.
