Canon Pixma 100 not printing borderless 5x7 and yellow tint?

I'm on Windows 8.1 x64

Calibrated monitor using 1 X-rite Display Pro

Using HP Premium Plus 5x7 Glossy

For some reason I can't get full borderless prints. They come off either like this



or this (notice the top edge)



I'm wondering how might I go about printing it without cutoffs or white spots?

In addition I notice a slight warm tint to the image.
