I know that the $70 works with canon cameras also, do both products need to be purchased from the same store?

No,

I bought an IP3000 for $55 from Staples (PM to Compusa) and an A60 for $84 from Outpost. I received an e-mail from Canon that my $70 has been approved and is in the final stages.

Can the be purchased as a all in one boxed deal to take advantage of the 70.00 rebate....ie Sometime you can still find the packaged a400 and ip300 for a decent price?

Thanks for the non-referral link JafCo!

Also his math is wrong. It's 99.98 minus 20 = 77.98 or 99.98 - 70 = 29.98 if you also buy a camera. I just bought a camera and I'd go for this for 9.98 AR, but not 29.98AR

I got my IP3000 in the clearence section at Target for $46. Then I sent in the rebate for $20...so it will end up being $26 AR. If I don't get the rebate...then it was still cheap enough.
