Canon I560s issues

Hey guys
lately my printer has stopped printing color, it only prints b/w and when color is selected, it prints blue as yellow and its just horrible. i think my print head is gone, so do you think i can order a new one from canon free, plus i have extended warranty as well

I can't comment on your warranty case, but on the technical grounds.

If one color "draws" into another, then you possibly got a leaking ink container there. Thermal inkjet printheads are easily killed by printing without ink flow, so yes, if you've been printing a lot since it developed that problem, it may now very well be dead.

Take the inks out and let the head soak in warm water for a couple of hours. Meanwhile, go back to the printer and clean the rubber seal in the head parking position as well as the plastic blade to the left of it. Rinse the print head out under the tap, pat it dry, install ink cartridges. Run an "intensive cleaning" cycle once or twice and see what happens.
