Yes, booklet printing IS a function of the Canon printer driver. Get to the printer icon for your i560. Right-click on it > click on Properties > look for the Page Setup tab > click on it > look for the 'Printing Type' section > open the drop down menu there > click on Booklet = Voila! Once you have chosen Booklet, you have other options such as setting the binding margin left or right and how much extra margin you want to leave. I generally use plastic spiral binding so I set the extra margin to 0. That way I get the biggest size print possible.
. When you click on 'Print' from within AAR (Adobe Acrobat Reader), you can get to the 'Printer Setup' page via the Properties button in the AAR print dialog box. I found if you also choose "Automatically rotate and center" and "Fit to Paper" from the 'Page Scaling' drop down menu in the AAR Print dialog box, I get very good results with my i450.
. I just printed out several copies of a Lotus Approach manual (200 ppg. .PDF) using the above method with the Plain Paper/High Quality print settings and they look very good. Nice that I only used 50 sheets of paper per copy.
. BTW, this is all explained in the detailed manual that's on your Canon driver CD.

P.S. Make sure you have plenty of room on your C: drive (or whatever drive your print spooler file is using) if your .pdf file is as large as mine. I had nearly 200MB free with the Recycle bin disabled and it still ran out of space if I tried to print the whole thing at once. I ended up setting it to print directly to the printer instead of using the spooler. Or you can print in chunks - remember, the no. of pages in the chunks needs to be divisible by 4 so they come out even.
