So, we have a canon i550 color printer, which is connected to my dads winXP system. My computer can see it, but cannot connect. When I try to connect, I get an error saying the server has an incorrect driver.
The other Xp systems have no trouble printing to it. But the 2 vista computers cant seem to print or connect to it. Does my dad need to update the drivers on his computer? Or is there something I need to update on my end?
I even tried downloading some vista drivers for the i550, either I got the wrong ones or they didn't help.
