Canon extended warranties

I have always purchased Pentax gear, with has Pentax Service extended warranty for less than $20. I am about to buy a Canon T4i and I am trying to figure out the options. Is there a Canon provided option ? I have not found it. I have seen B@H sells a SquareTrade option, but is only drop@spill, not camera/lens malfunction.

Any thoughts and comments will be appreciated.

I'm not sure you're correct that it's only drops & spills. For that matter, I don't think you can get only accidental coverage - I think it's either a basic extended warranty or that plus drops & spills. Might as well call B&H and check. In any event, if that's what you want, can also buy a Square Trade policy separately, at www.squaretrade.com. (It won't be $20, though!)
