Canon 20D pics

nice shots. i think my next investment will go toward a super wide angle lens, like the sigma 10-20 or the tokina 12-24. they are fun 🙂

Somebody dropped some jack. Rocking the L Glass.

You smuggle it in the house when the wife wasn't looking? 😀

Cool pics! I wish I could shoot like that 😛 but I don't got the gear 😉

The caterpillar macro is a little intense. That big green thing in front of it sure does vex me. The dragonfly pic is awesome though.

What shutter speed/aperture size (and whatever other settings apply)?

I could lighten them a bit in PS, but I was too lazy 😛
No polarizer though. That's how the sky was today.

Mmmm, bugs.

Ya, but havent placed that caterpillar yet.

Is it a hickory tussock moth (Lophocampa caryae)? Kind of looks like it.

Here's a page about them.

I guess that page doesn't have much info. Here's another one.

The bug man has spoken. 🙂

Yeah, Wally is da bug man. Comes in handy when I'm tired and lazy 😀

I have the 17-40mm f/4 lens. I love it! I would also recommend the 50mm f/1.4. It's about half the price of the 17-40 but it is much faster and takes sweet pictures.
