Cann't Decide On Board

Hi
I cann't decide between these 2 setup. Is anyone running the same setup from one of those please post your reviews .

a) Asus P4C 800 Dlx, P4 3.0 C and Corsair 3200 1 gb. Best bang for the money or no ??
B) Asus K8 SE Deluxe, amd 64 3200 and Corsair 3200 1gb. Is this board pretty stable even though it has a via chipset instead of nforce.

i had the exact same amd64 setup not 2 long ago....very very stable

i wouldnt suggest the k8v if u wana oc, its just a plain vanilla board, i would go for the shuttle an50r, same price or if u wana dish out a lil extra cash get a chaintech znf3-250 that comes with all the bells and whistles.

Thanks I never heard of chaintech , do they make pretty stable boards. I just read lots of memory issues with the Asus board . Has anyone else has the same amd or P4 setup.

It is true that ASUS has had problems but the corsair ram you are using should be fine. I got the e deluxe witha 3.2c and some pc3200 ocz ram. It has worked great.

I am thinking of getting
Asus P4C 800 with 3.0 C and Corsair TwinX 3200 1GB, any issues with this memory, stable system read lots of incompatibilty issues with board.
