Cannot Uninstall?

I can't play Medal of Honor AA anymore after installing the 1.11 patch. The game locks up when you start a new game. So, I did an uninstall, but It would not completely remove the whole game so when I re-install I still have the same problems with the game locking up. Could someone give me some ideas as to how to completely uninstall Medal of Honor? Thanks!

Here are my specs:
OS: Win XP Home
Intel P4 1.7Ghz w/512MB RDRAM
AGP: Visiontek GeForce 4 Ti4400 (128MB) Driver: 27.28
