cannot shutdown computer

I cannot shutdown my computer. The computer begins to shutdown, goes through the Save Settings process, then the Blue Screen pops up with numbers like "0x00009F (0x000100.......)...etc" and the statement: "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". I downloaded Sigverif.exe and now have a LONG list of signed and unsigned drivers. What next? Or is there any other way to isolate the goofy driver? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I couldn't isolate the problematic driver from the memory dump. What unsigned drivers are listed? You should check for updates for all of your device drivers.
