Cannot resize page file in XP!!!

Hi,

I have a problem with the Page file, whatever I set it to it still says "0 MB" in the "Currently Allocated" field! I have plenty of space on my C drive, so what could be the problem? I cannot run games, coz it says that my paging file is too small! When I shutdown or reboot it gives me a blue error screen..
 
You must be logged on as the administrator or have administrator rights to change the page file.
