Cannot reply using netscape browser

right now i'm posting this from IE. i've gone so far as to delete any cookie with the word "anand" from my cookie file, and i still can't reply. when i hit the reply button below the text box, netscape tries to connect to the server, but always times out waiting for the reply. this has only happened since last night.
 
Thats netscape or your connection not the forum, thousands of other people can use the forums perfectly fine with either browser.
