Cannot play VCD

I have just gotten 3 VCD's
2 of them are 2 cds
1 of them is 3 cds
whenever i try and play these on any player ranging from Windows Media Player to PowerDVD (all full version) they always seem to crash...
I have the files for the movies in bin/cue file on my computer, and i may have burned them wrong, i burned them with fireburner.
please let me know why every program seems to crash or freeze!

it's the problem of setting in the DMA.
sometimes, when you enable it ,and the cdrom cannot read the data fast enough, the system will hang.

try to disable it, it may solves the problem.
