Cannot Open Install.LOG

On various programs when i try to uninstall i get this error message. I simply went to uninstall Adaware SE and i got this error. It appears on random programs when i want to uninstall. No matter how i try to get around it it simply wont uninstall and i am forced to do it manually.

DOes anyone know what is happening here?
