cannot open evercase front face..help me please..

hi,
i just recently bought an evercase chasis for my computer. however, i am
having troubles removing the front face to install a fan in the front.
anybody who knows how to open this please tell me so. my case is
the black version of the E4252BEF5 model with the enhance 300w power supply
unit. thanks in advance.

I had the same problem, same case. The top left opening has a metal protrusion. You really have to force it.
