cannot login to my router

We recently had Comcast business internet installed in the office and now i cannot access my router login we have internet through the Comcast modem and the router maps on the network but when i try to access it it says that im not connected to it any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Just spitballing here but is it possible the Comcast modem is actually a modem/router combo? There are a few of those on Comcasts hardware list. If so have you verified that the installer didn't disconnect your router in favor of the Comcast Router?
