Cannot log into any sites at all (including e-mail)

I can't log into any E-mail sites or any login sites at all with my name and password. However, if someone else uses their name and password on my computer, they can log in. I've never seen anything like this before. I've tried clearing all my caches, etc. I've never seen anything like this, so does anyone know what it could be? Thanks.
