Cannot install some programs/games

With games that span multiple CDs, such as Giants or Baldur's Gate 2, I can never do the full installation. When it reaches 90% on BG2, it says "Please insert the next CD" when there is no next CD. 95% through Giants it asks for Disk 0 that contains Data4.cab

Specs below. Latest 4in1's, George's latency patch, retail BIOS.

Any ideas?
