Cannot install software (Office XP Global IME)

alright... pretty straight-forward, right?

BUT... I was logged on as both the local computer administrator... AND the Network administrator (admin of active directory server)... and still got the same error message.

To double check... all of the GPO regarding add/remove programs; windows installer; were all set defaulty to 'not configured'


how can i install this IME? i am the admin and seemingly there are no restrictions on installation
