Cannot install Condemned criminal origins

I'm trying to install this game, and when I run the auto run, instead of showing the games setup screen, I get a screen that shows up when you navigate to a webpage that is unavailable.

I'm stumped. I have vista 32 bit, BTW.
 
you couldnt figure out how to go to computer, then dvd, then right click and click on explore? the setup will be in there.
