my setup is the following:
MSi K7T Pro2-A, Duron 800, Alpha PAL6035 with Sunon 23cfm fan using Arctic Silver. Want more details? I also have 128mb of PNY Technologies PC100 sdram, an additional 32mb of generic PC100 ram, Maxtor 8.4 gig 5400rpm ata33 hd, seagate 30.7 gig 7200rpm ata 66 hd, a 32x cdrom(dont know brand), a smart & friendly 8x CD-R rocket burner, and a floppy drive. You still want more? Ok, i have a Panasonic PM17 17 inch crt monitor, a Microsoft Wheelmouse(serial), and a really old, loud-clicking AT keyboard which i connected with an AT to PS/2 converter. Oh yeah, and the SCSI card that came with the burner, and a LinkSys Etherfast PCI 10/100 NIC, and a Yamaha DS-XG sound card. Thats all i can think of right now. I think thats it.
I'm running Windows 98SE, and i test my temps with SiSoft's Sandra 2001 Standard. It gives me readings of around 38*C when doing anything but gaming. Right after gaming when i check temps the highest i've ever seen was 40.3*C. It probably was higher during the actual gameplay though. My power supply is a "Deer Computer" p/s. dunno if that is the brand, but that is what it says on the sticker. I think it is 125 watt.
I set my cpu core voltage at 1.800 because that is the highest i could get without connecting the L7 bridges, which i neglected to to initially, but if it will help me become completely stable at 1007mhz then i will do it. The speed that i like to run at is 950mhz because i know i am completely stable at this speed. If raising the cpu core voltage will help the stablization of my system at 1007 please tell me so.
And i know that it is not the L1 bridges that are connected improperly. If i had not connected them right then i would not be going over 8.5 for the clock multiplier.
