So DHL lost my package.
on monday the online tracking info magically updated saying that the package was delivered on friday. My roommate is a school teacher and was at home all day. no package was delivered. Furthermore the tracking info says that they left it at the front door! WTF! I live in sanfrancisco, in the goddamn mission! on the ground floor! no one in their right fucking mind would leave that package at the door. In fact i've had DHL shipments sent to my place, and they left a notice.
I've called the help line 5 times over the last 2 days. Yesterday I was supposed to get a call from the actual distribution station near me.
No call.
I've called their customer service line several times and no one can get through to the distribution office! They gave me the number to the district manager and it goes to some generic audix voicemail that just hangsup on me! now the DHL help line reps are sending a friggin EMAIL to try to get them to give me a call.
the problem? I can't get mad. I now work in tech support and I understand that the reps are doing the only things they can.
I know where the distro location is, should I go down there after work today and stir up a shit storm?
