Ya I found it. Can't do coffee had to wake up naturally. Talked to a CS "engineer" and she put in all my info was fast she said to expect a drive in 3-5 biz days. If this works out I will be impressed (other than my HD went bad after 15 months) thanks for the help.

WD customer service / website is sinking to me...I looked for active rebates and kept getting routed to the rebate status pages....I call in and was told "you need to ask the merchant/vendor if a rebate exists".

WTF is that answer?!!?....I told them if I start reselling your drives and proclaim my own 'WD rebate' you will honor it? She didn't have an answer, but I am planning on calling back to re-ask the question.
