Cannot find correct drivers for this AMR modem! Here's the info...

This is what is printed on the circuit board of the AMR:

552-5600-047 FM-56AMR V:SL-B

I got this modem with a Multiwave system I built for a friend a year ago and he lost the driver disk. I called Multiwave but they are no help. I believe DCS is the manufacturer of the modem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
