Cannot create a partition !

I am using Acronis Partition Expert. What I am trying to do is move all my data from my current hard drive to my New hard drive.

But i need to create an Image of my current hard drive, that way to can convert over to my new one. I am trying to create a partition for my current drive, but it keeps saying that I do not have enough free space. The thing is, is that I have 17gb of data, and 19gb of free space.

Anyone know what the problem is, or is familiar with the program PartitionExpert? Thank you for the help!
