Hey all... I recently bought an 8gb Corsair USB memory key. If I try to copy 300 mb files onto it no problem. If I try to copy my 4.5 GB video it says there is not enough space? Huh? Is there a limitation as to the size of one file allowed onto these things? It was the reason I purchased the 8GB vs the 4 GB. Any ideas? I tried to format it... it was already in FAT32 format and the format worked but still get the same message.

Maximum file size with FAT file systems is 4GB. See if you can format the drive in NTFS, this should remove the limitation.

frostedflakes it right. FAT32 has a file size limit of 4GB. in order to put larger files on your use key, you're going to need to reformat it to NTFS. then it should work.

Or compress the file with 7zip or Winrar, splitting the archive into two 2.25GB, then copy the two splitted archive into the pendrive.
