Cannot connect to certain web page

I don't know why but whenever i try to visit http://www.cheapclanhosting.net i get a timed out error that it timed out. When i go into dos and ping it, it just times out with every attempt. Other computers off the same router can go to the page just not mine.

i got that program and then all of my web stuff wouldn't work after i used it so i did a system restore to the day before and it just started working

Different results on each computer?
