I keep trying to update my email address in my profile. The address listed will be de-activated in about one month. I am able to change the email address on the profile screen and update the information. Then I get a message that says my temporary password will be emailed to the address I just added in the profile and I am logged of the system. I then check my email account and nothing. Not even a day later. So, today I try using a different email address, a domain that I have registered, so that I can check all spam filters and turn them off. Still nothing. By the way, neither of the account were hotmail, msn, aol, etc. The first one I tried was a Comcast account. The second was a "kukos.net" account. I can still log in with my old credentials, but my Suscom email address is still associated with my user name. I've turned off all auto-delete filters and have check all junk folders associated with both email accounts.
Let me know if there is something more I can do. My Suscom account goes away in about a month and I want to keep my account info accurate.
