Cannot Change email address in profile

I'm having a weird issue when updating the email listed in my profile. It appears to make the change, then logs me out. I log back in & the email address is still the same.

I'm not on a banned list of email domains I hope (sbcglobal.net).

Please help!

When you change your email address, you should receive a new password to your updated email address. By the sounds of it you may be having cookie issues with your old account. Try changing your email address again and see if you receive the updated password.

If this does not work, please contact me via Private Message and I will make the necessary changes to your account.

Oh, that's what that box that says "Please confirm your new email address" is???? :p

Do you have firewall software running? If so, temporarily disable it, make the changes, then turn it on again. That has worked for most people in the past with the same problem.

Hi allisolm, no firewall running at all. I am running Kaspersky though, but I thought the only problem with the forum here is that it slows load times down.

Oh yeah, and I was PM'ed asking for my current email address & it's still the same as it was.
