Cannot browse network neighborhood

Well, not with the same results all the time. Some machines I can see all the workgroups/machines but others I only see workgroup and 2 machines inside, no others.

Is there something I am missing? Often the same machine will flip flop from seeing and not seeing. Right now I am talking about WinXP machine seeing other WinXP machines or 2k machines.
