Cannot boot up after updating bios for IS7-E

I was helping my friend update his bios. I tried updating to the newest bios first, but it wouldnt boot up to windows xp. So i went try to update it with revision 12 and after i updated it, the computer wouldnt boot up. I tried flashing by removing battery and using cmos jumpers. Refitted the ram and replugged in the IDE cables. The monitor shows up as nothing; the monitor led stays amber. All fans are spinning, and theres even a beep while it is booting. Any one have any ideas?
