Cannot access my Win XP user account folder

Here's the issue. I built a new PC. The PC has two hard drives, my original drive which contained XP and all my files. And a new hard drive which has a new XP install as the main OS.

When I try to access my user account folder (C:\Documents and Settings\MyName) from the original drive, I cannot do so. It gives me "Access denied." This is because the drive is installed in a different PC and my user account isn't the same as the user account for that folder.

I do not have the original PC to install the drive back into. How can I access this folder. Is there a program or trick I can use? Thanks!
