Cannot access my hotmail account.

I cannot access my hotmail account. When I try I get the activate my account stuff. I last logged in several days ago. Are they doing something?

Edit: I use the online logon and I was not updated to 250 MB before. Could that be the problem?

It's been over a month since I logged in. I had to activate it - effectively, a new, blank account, with 2MB storage. I had forgotten all about that account .... there were some emails I wanted to save. Oh well.

I sure I could not have reached the 30 days. I don't use it every day but I do use it regularly and the last one was recently.

I do have another account that I have not used in a very long time and that one obviously needed activation but I was surprised to find it still working as I haven't used it in nearly a year. I activated it and it was blank and still only 2 MB.
