Cannot Access IBM Recovery Partition After GRUB

Can anyone help me with this?

After creating a new partition with Partition Magic 8.0 and installing Fedora Core 3 with GRUB, I cannot boot up into the IBM Recovery partition. I searched and found that I needed to change the bootloader configs but doing so gives me a session manager BSOD upon booting into the IBM Recovery.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Any chance this new partition changed the drive lettering scheme that the bios is expecting to find the recovery partition at?

That's the fix I tried. It still gives a BSOD.
