Hey guys,

I recently switched from a Cable ISP to a DSL ISP...and I cannot access certain websites. If I am jacked into my DSL modem I can access these websites..no problem...but if i am jacked in or use wireless from my router (Netgear MR814v2 -- b not g)...i cannot view these websites sometimes (random times..soemtimes 2am no traffic, sometimes 5pm heavy traffic) I would have to refresh or close my browser and paste the url of the article i want to read.

the major sites i cannot access are
www.espn.com
www.ebay.com

any help is greatly appreciated

Did you have the DNS server addresses manually coded in the router from your old ISP? If so, your new ISP might not be forwarding the DNS requests to the old ISP's routers properly. Set your router to obtain IP address and DNS server information automatically from the ISP and see if it makes a difference.
