What are the preconditions for getting into the buy/sell forum?

I joined hoping to look around in there, but it looks like I'm locked out of that forum for some reason. Do you have to be here a certain amount of time first?

To access our FS/T forum, members must have a minimum post count of 25 along with being a registered member for 7 days.

I mean, it's stuck RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THIS VERY SECTION with a nice title to boot!! Sticky: AnandTech Forum Guidelines

Just a suggestion, but it might be easier to figure out if the forum title (FS/T) wasn't abbreviated. Hard for a noob to look through that and know what it refers to, unless they're already familiar with forum titles and how things are laid out here.
