Buy.com sells the printer for $131.95. The rebate is $50.00. That's $81.95 minus whatever coupon Buy.com has available now plus shipping and tax. How does the price get down to $24.95?

I managed to get one of these when best buy had them for $29.95 after rebate, if you can get it from Buy.com for that price DO IT it is a very nice unit and at that price it is a no brainer : P (hate the new smileys, so...)

i tried to hook the BJC-6000(best buy deal) up to my father's old acer(p133), installed the drivers from the cd-rom...but can't even get a test print! the older lexmark works fine(then and now when i hooked it back up). i brought the comp and printer to work to get my coworkers' advice, and still came up dry. we set it to ecp in the bios even. i'm going to do a search right now and see if i can't find something

I second namlooks comment. How do you get from $132 down to $25 with a $50 rebate?

Hey guys, check the Clearance section. It's there for $74.95. If you get rhe MIR for $50, the total will be $24.95. Plus the clearance items have free shipping @ buy.com

The $74.95 price in the clearance section is for a REFURBISHED printer. No rebate on refurbs from Canon. The "new" printer is $131.95 plus shipping.

Whoever posted this deal may want to change the title - a tad misleading :frown:

i hear you. went to their site already. newest drivers are like 8 megs...unfortunately on these particular comps all i've got are floppies...even with winzip that's a lot of floppies. downloading on my father's 56k winmodem disconnection-riddled line is a last resort.
thx for responding
