Go for chunk (not albacore white) tuna in light water (not oil .. ewww).

Dolphin unsafe tuna is better.
 
Not really. I prefer a quick tuna salad: A bit of mayo, some dijon mustard, onions/celery/green onions (whatever I happen to have), and the salt and pepper.

Makes a good meal...though not a large one.
