No, it was the other way around.

Umm... Wrong.

No you are wrong. Lyrically He smashes LL, sorry.

2nd round KO was boring, he only had a few interesting lines in it. I wasn't impressed seeing how he had planned it well in advanced and had months to write the lyrics. LL responded to a dude he didn't know shit about with a rhyme he wrote in a fraction of the time

"cos 99% of your fans don't exist" - LL killed him with that one line. LL also gets points for taking a shot at Tyson in the song. You gotta have a huge sack to call out Tyson.

Where's Canibus today? in the Army or something right? He's the most overrated rapper ever, and it's laughable how he tries to come off as the most intellectual emcee of all time. He basically either repeats shit he read in a book and has little comprehension of what it means. Or he's on one of his ridiculous rants like how the earth isn't mostly water and if you took all the animals out of the sea the sea level would drop by a lot.

No I didn't make that last part up, there's actually a verse in a song he did where he talks about that. I'm glad he's gone, and dissin LL is the only reason he was ever cared about in the first place.

I just find LL Stale. I feel the rapper in your sig is 10 times, yes 10 times better then LL.

LL is stale, Luda isn't that good, better than most you hear on the radio, my sig I just find that line funny as shit. The bottom line is if you look at the line up on LL's 4,3,2,1 none of those rappers would have done a song with Canibus. Canibus was LUCKY to be on an LL track. At that time LL was still pretty good and very respect. 'Bus wanted some spot light so he dissed him to help get his 15 minutes of fame. He dissed LL on a few more tracks down the road, and when that dried up he moved on to dissing Eminem.

I suspect if 'Bis releases another album in '09 or '10 he'll have to find somebody new and popular to go after. And as stale as LL is, and even the fact I never really liked him too much. I'd listen to the majority of old school LL shit over anything Bis ever made with the exception of 2000 BC (I like the beat)

in the end LL will be a GOAT regadless how many shitty records he releases before that time comes. Bis won't be remembered except by some internet geeks and a few people who hated LL lol.

This. The unfortunate part was that LL was just so much more popular at the time, Canibus didn't even matter. In the end, he has 10x the talent of LL.

It's been years and years, but I remember LL getting his ass handed to him almost as bad as Jay-Z did.

Holy shit. I just realized I was the first reply to the op and that I also replied to the reply to my reply.

I saw some people quoting me and thought "What? I didn't post that" but alas, I did... 18 months ago.

LL is the typical rapper, brainless for the most part. Atleast Canibus kept it interesting IMO.

So by your logic, the more popular = the better, meaning 50 Cent is better than Canibus.

You are both wrong. They both suck. I know this despite having never listened to either. Rap is NOT music. It rates down there with the shit spewed from my ass after a long night of cheap beer and wings.
