First you must go to special url, following step by step instructions and then you must print out a form and sign and date it. Then you have fax or send it into them. Can't email that bastard have to send it in and waste a stamp or find someone who still has a fax machine.

I would say that all the loops are there to make canceling difficult.

its a webhost that had a promotion about 3 years ago where you got free webhosting for 3 said years, I got it... I guess I need to cancel... they were really fast, I got about 600kb/s download.

Actually the one I had was 6 months and had much better space and bandwidth. I also had the 3 year one as well.

A very large webhosting company targeted towards the masses that is happy as long as they gain more customers in a day than they lose. For them, losing 100 customers on a day but gaining 150 the same day is good enough.

And of course they'll do whatever they can to squeeze money out of you, they'll automatically bill you even on the free periods if you go over your usage.
