canceling cell phone service (cingular) under contract

So we went with cingular because our sprint service SUCKED where we are. Cingular was decent but now it is sucking it up too. We have two phones and they both suffer from dropped calls, etc. We want to go with verizon. Just about a year into our two year contract. I want to cancel with NO fees. Isn't there some sort of law if your service sucks you can get out of it?

 

Sorry. Cancellation fees are there for a reason. The only time you can cancel is when they change your TOS...they have to give a grace period for cancellations by law in that situation.
