Looks like there may be some hope in the future for more than just the Jericho crew.

Justice is the only one on that list that I will miss, although that is probably because I am a Star Trek geek and anything with Seven of Nine in the cast has to be good.

As for other recently cancelled shows that I miss, the only one that comes to mind is HBO cancelling Lucky Louie a few months ago. I loved that show.

Actress Jeri Ryan is in Shark, not Justice. Hopefully you were'nt confusing the two shows as the same. ;)

I didn't know about this list. NOOOOOOOOO! :)

I'll miss:

What About Brian - Well written with interesting characters with hot chicks

Justice - snarky lawyers solving CSI like cases

Gilmore Girls - Series ender, wife and I watched it a long time ago

The War at Home - liked the comedy aspect

The OC - It was coming since it went downhill, but I felt obligated to follow it to the end after seeing so many seasons of it.
Gilmore Girls - Loved the witty dialogue, but the abrupt end was sad.
Veronica Mars - Watched a bit of this and thought it was a pretty damn good show. Too bad, I was gonna pick it up on list of TV shows to watch to replace the OC and Gilmore Girls.

At least, the shows that are at the top of my TV list are still on: The Office and Battlestar Galactica (shame that it is on the last season though).

The OC and Studio 60 both had it coming, though, and I'm hoping The Apprentice gets canned. Donald Trump is such a douche. I stopped watching the show this season when it moved to LA. I watched Studio 60 because I love aaron sorkin's writing and I watched The OC because I felt like I had to (I liked the first two seasons a lot, but it went quickly down hill after that).

I'll really miss Jericho and Veronica Mars, though. V. Mars was my Buffy the Vampire Slayer replacement... who's going to fill my need for hot chicks kicking butt and taking names next fall? (though the Buffy comic is doing nicely atm)

Gilmore got canceled? I know so many people that watched that RELIGIOUSLY. Sure this wasnt a planned ending?

not canceled due to low ratings perse, but one of the principal stars (presumably Alexis Bledel or Lauren Graham) wanted more money than the network was willing to part with. the show really went down hill the past two seasons, though... only thing that really kept me watching was matt czuchry being a total hottie, and paris. they should really make a spin-off centered around paris

naw, it was cancelled. the ship had been going down for seasons and frankly the network was probably wanting to dump more money into a shark jumper whereas the actresses were probably also a bit sick of the show and just figured might as well as for more money not caring either way.

and yes the final episode stank, but so did the last couple seasons.

close to home was only half decent shlock because the lawyer chick was so pretty, but that got tiresome fast. even offing her husband so they could have a love interest didn't do it, the story lines were just too hokey.

veronica mars canceled? oh well, i was gonna start watching that sometime because of all the good reviews it was getting:p

i watched the 3 or 4 episodes of "Runaway" before CW pulled it off the air last fall, according to them it was due to low ratings. I thought it was a really good show.

Link? Not seeing any indication that Crossing Jordan was canceled.

Newspaper claims NBC will announce cancellations of three shows next week.

Reports on next week's upfronts have spelled mostly good news for shows--such as Friday Night Lights, Medium, and Scrubs--so far, but with old shows getting renewed and new ones getting picked up, someone has to go.

Moles inside NBC (who have been very busy and very talkative the past few days) say that The Black Donnellys, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and Crossing Jordan have been canceled, according to The New York Times.

Donnellys, about a group of Irish brothers who get involved in organized crime in New York City, is the youngest show of the three to get whacked. The show, created by Paul Haggis and Bobby Moresco, is only months old, having premiered in February.

Studio 60 getting shuttered isn't much of a surprise. The drama from the mind of Aaron Sorkin (West Wing) had long been rumored to go under the axe, which came to a boil with reports of its sets being torn down last week.

Jordan is the elder of the group, having premiered on September 24, 2001. The drama followed the exploits of Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh, played by Jill Hennessy, at the Boston Medical Examiner's office.

Thanks, Ross.

No prob.

"Crossing Jordan" was never my favorite show but I've been following it since the beginning.

I'm sad to see it go. I wish they had worked the ending of the series into the storyline.

Not regularly, but they were entertaining when I did catch them.
Fox

I was going to give this a chance for Nathan Fillion's sake, but I had the premiere night wrong.

NBC

Crossing Jordan
Again, not a regular viewer but liked it when I saw it.

The CW

Gilmore Girls
Veronica Mars
Had a girlfriend force me to watch Gilmore Girls with her when the show first started; as with the others above it wasn't something I put on my schedule but was entertained when I caught it.

I will end someone for canceling Veronica Mars, though.

Only 1, Studio 60.

By far, Sorkin's weakest show. Sports Night was the shiznit, and then the first 4 or 5 seasons of West Wing were good until he left.

Studio 60 never had the rapid fire dialog that those two did. Characters were pretty unlikable compared to the previous two also. You could see it coming after about 3 or 4 episodes.

However, IMHO, a bad Sorkin show is still better than the majority of stuff that is on TV.

Didn't Standoff (hostage negotiator show w/Ron Livingston) get cancelled as well? Though, Fox is supposed to air the remaining episodes this summer. Though not a major network, Sci-Fi cancelled SG-1 as well :( (I believe someone already mentioned that here).
